I love this. Has that QJrocks sound to it! Nice work as always. End feels a little sudden but that's really it. Mixing is great, by the way!

QJrocks responds:

Thanks for the review!

Yeah, after working on this I just wanted it to be done so I kinda rushed the end a bit. Oh well.

Oh man! This is cool! I love the little blank spaces in the intro. The way the song progresses sounds really cool. This kind of reminds me of ParagonX9. Was that intentional?

The clipping is annoying, though...

TheSharkBite responds:

Thanks! I didn't really think about ParagonX9, but yeah!

It's sad that to get noticed anymore you have to mention "Geometry Dash" in the title of your song. The fanbase has really wrecked the audio portal. Anyways, this isn't bad. But it feels bland, and it's also a bit short. I like the drop, though! That was neat. I like the wobble, but it's a bit abrupt when it comes in. Nice bells, by the way. They really work in the song. Nice work, and keep it up.

TheSharkBite responds:

Thanks man!

This is amazing! I love it. Nice work.

@DJ-Zyzyx I think it's because Trifecta was released under a record label, Modulate Records.I could be wrong, though.

wth is this

i love it 10/10

Keep it up dude! Can't wait to hear the full version.

Delcherro responds:

thx :D

This is amazing. Nice work! But why is it called Undertale? It seems completely unrelated from that to me.

That little scratchy sound? That's what's known as CLIPPING. Getting your songs mastered will fix that instantly. You should know this already. Clipping ruins your chances of getting into labels, winning contests, and it's also extremely grating. Whatever, you know it now.

Aside from that, this is pretty good. It stays true to the original and overall feels nice. Sound design is very good too! Just master your songs next time, or at the very least put a limiter on them. Either one will get rid of the clipping.

DJ-Zyzyx responds:

I tried a limiter. I think it's the EQ. Frequency is too high or something D:

@Mynok So because a specific few parts of the song were boring, that warrants one star? I don't get your logic.

Anyways, this is very good! The piano works with the synth very nicely. Nice work! I especially like the new synth at 1:27. I feel like the mixing could be improved a bit though.

Poosac responds:

thnx man :D

Ah, this is what I was looking for! A lot better! I can tell that the mixing is better, and I can hear the rest of the track better without the vocals. Overall, pretty nice! I don't really have all that much to say about this one since I said everything else in the other review. But I can tell you that it definitely sounds better without the vocals. :)

What happened to your songs? They feel much more video game, they feature chopped female vocals, have more sampled sound effects, and are much more cluttered. Not saying all of this is such a bad thing, but I miss your older style! I loved your songs like Electroman Adventures V2, and Time Machine. Ah well.

Nostalgia rant aside, this isn't bad. It's pretty good. The "Level (Number)" vocals are out of order though (Level 10 to 3? Or did I just mishear something?). Sound design and mixing is good. I like the effects on the Pac-Man sounds, too! The ending felt a little sudden, but it works. Overall, decent track.

Sometimes I like to press buttons that make sounds.
